Battery size: the Jackery stores almost twice as much energy.
The EcoFlow stores 1,024 Wh. The Jackery stores 2,042 Wh. That is a difference of 1,018 Wh.
In plain English, the Jackery gives you almost another full 1 kWh battery on top of what the EcoFlow has. That can matter a lot when the power is out for a long time.
Simple math helps show the difference. A 100 W load would use 100 Wh each hour. Before losses, the EcoFlow holds about 10 hours of that load. The Jackery holds about 20 hours. Real run time will be lower on both because power conversion uses energy.
More battery is not always better. If your must-run list is a router, phones, lights, a laptop, a CPAP machine, and short appliance use, 1,024 Wh may be plenty. If you want more refrigerator time, more RV time, or fewer recharges, the Jackery's larger battery becomes much more useful.
AC output: Jackery has more steady-power headroom.
EcoFlow lists 1,800 W of normal AC output. Jackery lists 2,200 W. The 400 W difference gives the Jackery more room for larger loads or several devices at once.
EcoFlow also lists X-Boost up to 2,600 W for supported loads. Jackery lists a 4,400 W surge peak. These are not the same as normal continuous power.
For daily planning, use the normal AC rating. Check device labels for heaters, microwaves, coffee makers, pumps, compressors, air conditioners, and power tools. Some of those devices can use a lot of power very quickly.
Price and value: lower price vs more battery per dollar.
At the latest SGS price check, the EcoFlow was $559. The lowest Jackery price was $799. The Jackery cost $240 more at those item prices.
If your main goal is spending less money, the EcoFlow wins that part of the comparison. If you divide battery size by item price, the Jackery gives more rated battery capacity for each dollar: about 2.56 Wh/$ compared with 1.83 Wh/$ for the EcoFlow.
That does not make the Jackery cheaper. It means the extra $240 buys a lot more stored energy.

Battery size changes what that means. The Jackery battery is almost twice as large. Even at its full 400 W solar-input limit, it takes a lot of energy to refill 2,042 Wh. Real sun also changes all day, so solar recharge takes longer than simple math suggests.
If solar is a major part of your emergency or camping plan, the EcoFlow's higher solar-input limit is a point in its favor. If you mostly recharge from a wall outlet and want longer run time once charged, the Jackery's bigger battery may matter more.
EcoFlow lists up to 1,400 W AC charging input. Jackery lists a 1.7-hour Emergency Super Charge. Both are designed to refill from wall power much faster than they refill from modest solar arrays.
Weight: EcoFlow is much easier to move.
The EcoFlow is about 27 lb. The Jackery is about 39.5 lb. That is a difference of about 12.5 lb.
If you move the unit between rooms, a car, an RV, and a campsite, 12.5 lb is a real difference. The EcoFlow is the easier carry.
If the unit mostly stays in one place, the Jackery's extra battery may be worth the extra weight. This is one of the clearest tradeoffs in the whole comparison: EcoFlow saves weight; Jackery adds stored energy.
Backup and UPS use: read the fine print.
EcoFlow lists a 10 millisecond UPS response for the DELTA 3 Classic. Jackery also markets backup-power use for the Explorer 2000 v2. These features can help during short power cuts, but they should not be treated as a universal replacement for a dedicated zero-interruption UPS.
